The period is determined at the time the aid is provided. This concerns aids such as a wheelchair, toilet chair, hoist, mattress or a (high-low) bed. The aids are reimbursed by basic insurance and are provided on loan. This has no influence on the deductible. Vegro works with all health insurers in the Netherlands. When the loan period has expired and the aid is still needed, you can rent or purchase it, possibly with reimbursement via the health insurer or Wmo (Social Support Act).
